Return Policy

All orders from the United States of American and its territories are considered Domestic orders. All other orders are considered to be International.

Merchandise returned should be sent via a method of certified shipping and delivery.Returns must be in original packaging, original tags need to still be attached (please pack items with protective material such as bubble-wrap per USPS and UPS regulations) and accompanied with a copy of the invoice.

Returns must be made by the original purchaser, with receipt. No second party returns.


A Full refund provided for merchandise returned within 30 days from receipt of order. Credit will be given within 48 hrs. of return being received.

After 30 days, a 20% restock fee will be assessed, and the customer issued store credit.

No credit given for shipping charges. Shipping charges are the responsibly of customer. Except for damaged merchandise.

Credit and or returns will not be issued for closeout or discontinued items.

Items that have been worn or show obvious signs of wear and tear will not be given credit.

Damaged merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of order, along with a copy of the invoice.

Please inspect merchandise immediately upon receipt and notify Rancho Trading Company within 10 days of any damage.Rancho Trading Co. reserves the right to repair or replace damaged merchandise.


All sales final on Custom orders; quantities and custom or personalized pieces

Returns will not be accepted for any reason after 90 days from date of purchase.
